Terms of Service

Phozzazz lets an "organizer" create an event and share a link or QR code so "guests" can upload photos, videos, and notes to a shared gallery, subject to whatever moderation settings the organizer chooses.

You sign in with a one-time "magic link" sent to your email — there's no password to manage. You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since that's how you sign in. Provide an accurate email address, and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

• Don't upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to share.
• Don't upload content that harasses, threatens, or is intended to embarrass another guest.
• Don't use the Service to send spam, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.
• Organizers are responsible for the events they create, including choosing an appropriate moderation setting and reviewing reported content promptly.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, and notes you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant Phozzazz a license to host, store, reproduce, and display it as needed to operate the Service — for example, showing it to other guests in the same event's gallery, generating thumbnails, and including it in features like slideshows.

If you upload content of other people, you're responsible for having their permission (or a parent/guardian's permission, for minors) to do so. Organizers can moderate — approve, reject, or remove — content uploaded to their own events, and guests can report content they believe violates these Terms.

• Some features require an Event Pass (one-time) or a Plus/Pro subscription (recurring), as described on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as we otherwise state at the time of purchase.

Photos and videos are retained according to the plan in effect for the event, as described in our Privacy Policy, and may be automatically deleted once that retention period passes.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you've violated these Terms, misused the Service, or for any other reason, with or without notice, though we'll try to give notice when we reasonably can.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be preserved without loss.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phozzazz won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
